By using AskGoDo, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and the operator identified in our Impressum ("we", "us", "AskGoDo"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

AskGoDo provides a workspace-based productivity application including capture, task management, planning assistance, and AI-powered features. Features may change; beta features may be incomplete or withdrawn.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate law or third-party rights
  • Upload malware or attempt to breach security
  • Abuse AI features for harmful, illegal, or deceptive purposes
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the service except as permitted by law
  • Overload or disrupt infrastructure

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the service (including AI processing you request). You represent that you have the rights to submit that content.

6. AI features

AI outputs are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing decisions, schedules, and communications before relying on them. AI may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not use AskGoDo as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).

7. Paid plans and billing

Paid subscriptions are subject to the plan description at checkout and the payment provider's terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing. We may change prices with notice before renewal.

8. Availability and support

We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis; contact: [TODO: support email].

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or EUR 100 if you use a free plan. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or risk to the service. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing law
